Delivery Areas

NuKids currently delivers throughout South Africa.

Shipping Fees

Orders over R1,000 qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees for orders below R1,000 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, unexpected delays may occur that are outside NuKids’ control. We will gladly assist with tracking and courier-related queries, but we cannot guarantee the courier’s delivery timeframe after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct before completing your order. NuKids cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it may be missing, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nukids.co.za. Include your order number and photographs where applicable so we can assist you.
