What is L-theanine?
L-theanine is a naturally occurring amino acid found in tea leaves. Focus & Calm contains 100 mg per serving, without adding caffeine to the formula.
What are methylated vitamins?
“Methylated” refers to specific forms of nutrients that the body can use in its normal processes. The formula contains methylated folate and methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B12.
Why are fibre and probiotics included?
The formula contains soluble inulin fibre and a four-strain probiotic blend. These ingredients were included as part of the shake’s gut-conscious nutritional approach.
